For the Love of Life is your events partner for creating meaningful memories. We have worked for decades to support experiences for corporations, purpose-based business, non-profits , and since 2007, have offered individual special ceremonies--celebrations of life, funerals, memorials for people and pets and custom ceremonies for weddings, baby blessings and adoptions.   

Our experience with businesses and non-profits of all sizes is deep in planning and delivering programs and events across industries such as academic, building construction and real estate, entertainment, environment, complementary healthcare, luxury brands, sporting and celebrity. We have been hired to support many community affairs, employee, customer, client and guest experiences.  Since 2007, we worked to support close friends and family with personal events-- exceptional weddings, funerals and life celebrations and in 2020, soft launched this as a new service. 

Kristen Blucas spent the first 20 years of her career as a public relations and events professional for corporations and non-profits across civic, tech, entertainment, luxury and healthcare industries in North America to bring hundreds of experiences to life. 

Since 2009, she has been with Fortune 500 Erie Insurance Group, in various enterprise roles, many aligned to the discovery and creation of new programs, partnerships, initiatives, and experiences. 

Currently her full-time role is an ESG and Strategic Partnerships Consultant in Belonging and Community Outreach within the Office of the President. She has been successfully managing and supporting many special events with partners as part of this small business.

She holds a bachelor’s in Journalism and PR from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an Advanced Program Management certification from Stanford University, social responsibility certification from Boston College Carroll School of Management Center for Corporate Citizenship and is a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant. 

Certified Life-Cycle Celebrants® are rigorously schooled in the art of ritual, ceremony, world traditions, faith traditions, mythology, ceremonial writing and ceremonial speaking. They officiate at virtually every life event with a focus on personalizing each ceremony to reflect the needs, beliefs and values of the client, whether that's a business, couple or family.
